Prerequisites
To successfully register your account, ensure that you have or know the following:
- The required following data:
- Birth Date
- Access Code
- Customer Code
- A secure email address that we will use to communicate with you
- A mobile phone for registering and receiving SMS verification codes from us
- An authentication app for setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with your account
Initiating the process
To complete your registration, visit the Enumis Online Account Login page and click Complete Registration.
Entering required data
On the Get Started page, fill in all the fields because they are required to complete the registration process. Once done, click Continue.
Creating and completing your account
On the Create Account page, again, fill in all the fields as they are required.
Check your email for the email verification code sent to you. Copy that code and enter it in the Email Confirmation Code field.
Similarly, check your mobile phone for the sent mobile verification code. Provide that code in the Mobile Confirmation Code field.
Also, please check all the items under the Terms & Conditions and Pricing & Fees agreements. Once done, click Continue to create your account and complete the registration.
Once your account registration is complete, you must secure your account using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). On the Registration Complete page, click Continue to begin this process.
Securing your account
Enumis Online requires using MFA to protect your account from unauthorized access in case your credentials get stolen. To start your MFA enrollment, click Continue on the What is Mulit-Factor Authentication? page.
Enrolling for MFA
Enter your MFA enrollment verification code (sent to your email) and access code on the MFA Enrollment page. The access code to enter is the same one associated with your account—the one you used earlier in the registration process.
Next, click Continue to move to the next step.
Saving your MFA secret key
The next and final step is to save or register your account’s generated MFA secret key to your authentication app.
A QR code and the secret key are provided to you on the TOTP Security Method page. Save your key in your authentication app by scanning the QR code or manually entering the key.
For example, here is a screenshot of Authy’s screen where you can save your secret key. Notice that it supports scanning a QR code or manually entering a secret key. Authy is our recommended authentication app for use with Enumis Online.
Once you have saved and configured your secret key in your authentication app, your app can now generate MFA verification codes for use when using Enumis Online. Now, copy or take note of the code that appears in your app.
Next, return to the TOTP Security Method page, scroll to the bottom, and paste/enter the code that appeared from your authentication app on the page’s lone input field. Then, click Continue to complete your account’s MFA setup.
A successful MFA setup leads you to the Accounts page of Equaze Online.
Note: Depending on your account setup, you might see some or no accounts on the Accounts page.
