Initiating Password Recovery
On the login page, find and click “Forgot password?” button.

Email Address Entry
On the “Reset Password” page, locate the “Email address” field.
Enter your email address.

Verification Codes and New Password Entry
After entering your email, the page displays fields for “Email Verification Code,” “MFA Verification Code,” “New Password,” and “Repeat New Password.”
Check your email for the Email Verification Code and enter it in the respective field.
Enter the MFA Verification Code.

Choose a secure New Password and enter it into the appropriate field.
Enter the New Password into the “Repeat password” field to avoid errors.
Completing the Password Change
